Diptyque Candle Sizes

It’s confusing if you’re new to Diptyque as a brand and don’t know where to even start. Let me tell you that they’re truly worth the hype and are a great luxurious treat. Now if you don’t have a store or boutique nearby like myself it can be hard to get something you haven’t seen in person. They have so many scents to choose from and different sizes to start out with. I’ve personally been in the same situation and then the obsession took off but I’m here to help all the Diptyque Virgins . . .

Extra Mini Size

  • 2 ” in height
  • 1.2 oz / 35g
  • 12hr burn time
  • These unfortunately aren’t sold individually but they’re sold in sets or even given as gift with purchases.

Mini Size

  • 2 3/4″ in height
  • 2.4oz / 70g
  • 30hr burn time
  • These are their smaller size they do priced at $28. I would say that these are good to start with if you’re new to the brand and want to work your way up to the bigger size.

Standard Size

  • 3 1/2″ in height
  • 6.5 oz / 190g
  • 60hr burn time
  • These are the larger candles they do priced at $60. If you really want to dish out and splurge this is great size that will last a long time.

These candles are gorgeous and once the wax is done you can clean them out and use them for storage (shown above)! My favorite scents are Baies (Berries), Figuier (Fig), Roses, and Amber. I was really lost at first and luckily I came across The Beauty Look Book’s Blog which was just the greatest source of info when choosing my first candle. They’re an investment so you want your first experience to be a pleasant one! I hope this was helpful to some of you who are having some trouble deciding.

  3. I’ve been following your “Dyptique adventure” and you have won me over. I need to get them, at least one. They may smell marvelously but their “storage factor” is not to be ignored – and they look good anywhere in the house. Thanks for the tips! Hugs from Portugal!
