I’ve really been trying to change my eating habits and eat a lot healthier. My current snack of choice is apple slices with a side of peanut butter and sunflower seed kernels. It’s super yummy and rich in protein! I prefer the taste with Pink Lady apples because of the slight bitterness to them. I recently tried it with Red Delicious apples and it didn’t taste too good. For the peanut butter all I do is purchase salted kernels and mash them up into it. It’s fast to make and much better than grabbing a bag of chips. What heathly snack have you guys been enjoying lately?
