Mother of all highlighters, thank you for creating this beaut. Laura Mercier released this limited edition highlighting powder and my advice to you is run out and get it before it’s too late! Its called “matte radiance” and I don’t understand why, the texture might be matte but then again its a powder sooooo yeah not sure there. I know there are 4 other shades that are meant to be used as bronzers and those are matte but the shade I purchased is highlight -01. I purchased mine at my local Sephora for $36. It is a baked formula so do keep that in mind when traveling with it, it’s more likely to shatter then a pressed powder. I’d also use a brush with tighter bristles rather than a loose one because the powder will get everywhere ! You only need just a touch of this powder because its super pigmented and you will look like a disco ball if you get carried away with it. It definitely leans more on the golden side with a hint of multidimensional shimmer. It’s very finely milled, no chunks, no glitter but I wouldn’t say its a subtle highlighter at all. The compact feels nice and sturdy in the signature LM packaging and mirror included (drools). It contains Jojoba oil and Vitamin E for moisturizing properties. With all the new formulated powders releasing this is right up my alley and I cant wait to get a hold of the bronze shades. This highlighter is beautiful and feels lovely on the skin. Its worth investing in being that it’s reasonably priced, considering other high-end highlighters range anywhere from $50 and up. So lets keep em coming I’ll try them all out !
